Open new possibilities
Research College of Nursing provides a comprehensive nursing education that equips students to be ethical leaders in the health care community. As a top-ranked nursing program we independently offer an upper-division BSN, designed to set a foundation of success and help you seamlessly transition into your nursing career.
This track is for first-time-in-college students and transfer students on a full-time basis. All students complete the first two years (nursing pre-requisites) at a college or university of their choice then conclude the BSN at RCoN with nursing coursework, which begins each fall and requires two years to complete.
High school students and college freshmen who meet ACT and GPA requirements are eligible for early admission acceptance. Visit the Freshman Admission page for more information.

Testimonial
"If it wasn’t for RCoN I wouldn’t be as successful today. My job allows me to be engrained in the community to provide innovative health education. I love experiencing something different every day, whether that’s working with refugee immigrants, inner city libraries, or kindergarteners. My BSN has opened doors that have not only changed my life, but enables me to improve the lives to others in my community." Raquel Garcia, BSN ’04
