Looking back on the events of the past year has allowed many colleges and universities to evaluate their own policies and identify areas of opportunity to foster a community of diversity, equity and inclusion. At RCoN we are taking this beyond a plan on paper and putting it into practice.
We have an invested community of administrators, faculty, staff and students who are helping us continue those tough conversations and ignite positive change.
Together we will move forward toward a more diverse and inclusive college community and profession.
