Research College of Nursing offers on-campus housing for students affiliated with education programs sponsored by Research Medical Center. These schools include RCoN, School of Radiologic Technology, and School of Nuclear Medicine Technology. If space is available, short term housing is available to students from other institutions who have been assigned to Research Medical Center facilities for a clinical rotation or internship.
In order to remain in housing, students must be currently registered and attending class or pre-registered for courses for the next term.
The Student Village offers one bedroom apartments and two bedroom townhomes to qualified students. Married and single parent students are afforded the same housing privileges and accommodations as all other students. For complete housing policies, please read the Guide to Student Life.
Housing fees include a $200 deposit at the time of application. Other fees are charged on a semester basis. All utilities are included except telephone and cable. For more information or a complete listing of current rates, contact Student Affairs.
